Members of one team can thus immediately synchronize newly entered project records with other workers and will no longer be dependent on manual edits. In addition, it is possible to integrate Skype for Business directly into Microsoft Project Professional 2019. By incorporating text and video conferencing chatting or presence verification directly within the software, collaboration on projects can be made significantly easier. Skype for Business is not included in the program, so you may need to purchase it separately.

Corporate finance departments can calculate team members' salaries for the tasks of a given project and also record other expenses directly within the software. In addition, workers can issue legally valid invoices in Microsoft Project Professional 2019 and record work performed in timesheets that are prepared in templates. So Project Professional 2019 is more than just a project management tool. If desired, the software also plays a role in budgeting and financing tasks of all kinds. Users who have not previously encountered Microsoft Project Professional will still immediately take advantage of its extensive features – using templates that are part of the software and also allow the creation of complex projects in a matter of minutes. The 2019 version includes the vast majority of features from the previous version as well as familiar tools, making it easier for experienced users to transition to the latest version.

Microsoft is providing this edition of Project Professional only to Windows 10 users. Other operating systems are not supported. This is a full-fledged license with no subscription costs, so you can also use it offline. Microsoft will provide Project Professional 2019 with all updates released during this period for at least five years. Security updates and feature updates are included.
